The Border Crossing Law Firm is run by Shahid Haque, an immigration attorney and former law professor with more fifteen years of experience. We believe that there is no such thing as an illegal human being, and have helped immigrants establish legal residence in the United States through adjustment of status (“green cards”), family-based visas, and work visas. Our firm works directly with clients to guide them through the naturalization and citizenship process. We also vigorously defend immigrants in deportation or removal proceedings, and have represented hundreds of clients in Immigration Court.
